TM Precision provides CNC turning services featuring Methods Slant 50 lathes.  Our capabilities are outlined below.

Capabilities

Capability 1
The Methods Slant 50's feature 10" chucks, and 2.562" thru the spindle, the envelope is 13"x35", and the turret moves 6.61" x 12.99" (x,z)  
Capability 2
The 20 hp spindle motors makes quick work out of the toughest stock, like austenitic steels.
Capability 3
The ten tool turrets, mean faster production of complex profiles.

Lathe #1 (12" chuck)

The Methods Slant 50 Envelope is:

  • 13" in X-axis
  • 35" in Z-axis

And the movement is:

  • 6.61" X - Turret travel
  • 12.99" Z Turret travel

It also allows bar feeds up to 2.562 thru the spindle.

Lathe #2 (16-C Collet)

The Methods Slant 50 Envelope is:

  • 13" in X-axis
  • 35" in Z-axis

And the movement is:

  • 6.61" X - Turret travel
  • 12.99" Z - Turret travel

It also allows bar feeds up to 1 5/8" thru the spindle.

Enco 111-1462 Manual Lathe

Our gap-bed engine lathe.

  • 60" in X-axis
  • 14" swing
  • 22" gap
  • 2 ˝” thru spindle

The quill is fully positionable with 10" of travel.
