What if the Hokey-Pokey *is* what it's all about?

The question reveals the fallacy of the supposition.

Start by identifying the problem, the answer will reveal itself.

There was no eureka moment, but there was a quotation*.  The solution has been there since the very beginning, capturing it has always been the issue.  Making of practical... that is the challenge of solar energy.

Even in regulated environment, a market must emerge!

The most striking feature of the electricity market is the absence of competition across the various strata.  There are some good reasons for that, and other factors calling out for it to end.

An organization must be greater than the sum of its parts.

I knew exactly what had to be done, I knew some of the people that could that could help me do it.  And I knew that it would take even more than that to do it right.  I also promised myself that I would have to create great place to work.

Can't do great things without great reasons to succeed. Cortez burned his ships, that's a bit dramatic these days. The people that make up the organization determine the mode of success.

What is Solar & Thermal all about?  That's a fair question!

The company is based in Connecticut, and was established in 2001.  Back then oil was flirting with $40/bbl, and electricity had just crossed the $0.10/kWh threshold.
