What kind of machines do you have?

Since we're primarily a vertical milling and turning shop, we've got four(4) Fadal vertical machining centers, and two(2) Methods Slant 50 lathes.

How big are the parts you can make?

The Fadal 4020A's feature 40" x 20" x 16" travel (x,y,z) and our shop layout lets us handle parts up to 36' feet (11 meters) long.

The Methods feature 10" chucks, and 2.562" thru the spindle, the envelope is 13"x35", and the turret moves 6.61" x 12.99" (x,z)

What kinds of material do you work with?

We work with aluminum, bronze, copper, delrin, E... hmmm fluoropolymers, glass - no not glass, helium, iron, lead, plastic, quartz, rust, stainless, titanium, uranium(depleted), vanadium, wolfram(tungsten), ... zinc! Well, you get the idea.

What special shop skills does TM offer?

We can re-engineer an assembly that is no longer available from the OEM or other licensed channels.  We'll disassemble your existing unit, blue print it, then machine and assemble new units.
