Boiler |
The boiler has two requirements: 1) It must contain the liquid/gas at the design pressure & temperature of the process. 2) It must be heated by some external method. Notice that the method or source of heat has nothing to do with the ORC process. The heat could come from coal, oil, gas, wood, nuclear, geothermal, burning tires, used cooking oil, and of course solar concentrators. |
