common responsibility. Management exists to promote the
success of the people that work for us. That's a managers work
product. From the top down, each executive, officer, director,
department head, supervisor, manager, technical lead, team leader, etc.
is tasked to support the people who report to him, without
exception.
If that makes you smile, great! If it makes you nervous,
good. If you immediately thought that's great as long as I don't have to
do it alone, then you're on the right track. If you think you will
somehow take credit for work performed by your subordinates... well...,
