across the various strata. There are some good reasons for
that, and other factors calling out for it to end.
An organization must be greater than the sum of its parts.
I knew exactly what had to be done, I knew some of the people
that could that could help me do it. And I knew that it
would take even more than that to do it right. I also
promised myself that I would have to create great place to
work.
